Estimated turnover for 2018 is 2.8 million euros, up 40% from the previous year

In 2018, we consider a 50% increase in the number of offices and agents in line with our strategy of expansion and regarding the fees from transactions, targeting a 40% increase. Also this year we plan to proceed with development of franchise RE / MAX Romania, said Razvan Cuc, Director RE / MAX Romania.

Regarding the evolution of the real estate market in 2018, the company expects a moderate growth of 8% to the residential segment, focusing on core markets or cities representing Romania's economic poles. According to forecasts RE MAX market the most expensive and largest percentage increase will still be represented by Cluj-Napoca, while capital will remain the most interesting development pole in terms of volume both residential segment, and on the commercial.

In 2017, the RE / MAX real estate transactions brokered 1,500, up 50% from 2016 summed value of which is 70 million.

Business RE / MAX had a positive development in 2017 and we believe this trend will be maintained in the next period.
