Polyurethane paint thinner EMEX. EMEX Polyurethane Diluent is a professional product made of a balanced blend of several organic solvents, designed to regulate the viscosity of enamels, lacquers, paints and primers based on polyurethane resins in solution as well as other paints at the recommendation manufacturer. Active solvent that helps keep all properties of polyurethane paints, especially gloss, that can be compromised by the use of inappropriate solvents, or other destinations than recommended.

Fields of Use:

     The EMEX Polyurethane Diluent is recommended as the basic solvent for all types of varnishes, paints or primers based on polyurethane resins in solution, in order to adjust their viscosity, necessary for prior preparation for application.
     The main products for which they are intended are:
EMEX Solvent-based Polyurethane Paint, EMEX Extruded Polyurethane Primer, or EMEX Polyurethane Impregnation Primer.
     This type of solvent is also used for other types of paints at the manufacturer's recommendation, or with prior compatibility tests.
     Polyurethane Solvent for EMEX Paints is also used for cleaning work tools (brushes, rollers, pistols, air-less installations, etc.) as well as stains from accidental spraying with paints compatible with this type of diluent.
     It is generally used in a proportion of 5 - 15%, depending on how the paint is applied, and the type of product. It should be noted that a dilution of the product greater than that indicated in the Technical Data Sheet may adversely affect the performance of the film.
     Do not use on other types of paints without the manufacturer's recommendation or prior compatibility tests.
