Alkyd Gloss varnish for wood EMEX. LEXIC ALCHIDIC LAKE FOR LEME EMEX is a monocomponent product, based on alchidic fatty resin, specific additives and solvents, used as the final layer in systems for the protection and decoration of wooden surfaces, new or refurbished, both in interior conditions and in external conditions. It is characterized by very good adhesion to the substrate, transparency, excellent resistance to both ultraviolet and weathering, good display and superior gloss, with very good general performance in protecting the wood.

Fields of Use:

     EMEX Wood Alkyd Lake is intended for use in decorative or industrial finishing of wood, interior or exterior surfaces.
     It is used as the final layer in protective systems for wooden, indoor or garden furniture, wainscots, swings, window sills, panels, beams, plywood, panel, brick, wooden boards and other wooden surfaces. It can also be applied to metallic surfaces for varnishing or protecting them.
     It is used for removing painted surfaces any of the decorative paints on the basis of fatty alkyd resins such as: - Email Alchidic Premium EMEX GOLD, EMEX Extracolor Email or EMCOLOR Satin Paints.
     The wood surfaces to be coated with EMEX Lacquer are sanded with medium grain abrasive paper to remove any asperity, and the resulting dust is removed with soft brushes, cloths, or suction.
     It is intended to remove any traces of dirt or grease impregnated into fibers; even if the previous protection is very good, it will be sanded with abrasive paper and the resulting dust will be removed.
     On new wood surfaces, at least two layers of lacquer will be applied to ensure sufficient fiber impregnation, which will result in superior film resistance, finish and final gloss.
