Concrete Tile Paint and EMBEX Tile The EMEX is a dispersion, water-based, based on acrylic-styrene copolymers, specific additives, fillers and pigments, designed to protect and decorate concrete tiles or asbestos-cement surfaces. A special feature of this product is that it can be applied directly to the tile tiles from the oven at a temperature of about 55 ° C with a drying time of about 4 minutes. This type of paint is colored in approx. 12 standard colors, and does not allow the use of tinting pastes.

Fields of Use:
Concrete tile paint and EMEX Asbestos Tiles, due to its superior product and film properties, but especially due to its high resistance to ultraviolet radiation, is especially recommended for protecting and finishing concrete roofing tiles or asbestos cement tiles .
It can be used as the final coat to cover any other types of mineral base such as: concrete, masonry, BCA, stone, bricks, limestone, lime plasters, lime or plaster plasters, new or old plaster on base binders, gypsum plaster boards (rigips), mineral aggregates of any type, old organic or mineral paint, dry, compact and absorbent.
It can also be used successfully on other surfaces such as: OSB, MDF, chipboard, plywood, panel, canvas, cardboard, expanded polystyrene.
Asbestos paint and EMEX tile can be washed even with the hose and is heavily influenced by dirt.
When applied on substrates other than concrete tiles on the production line at the outlet of the furnace (at a temperature of about 55 ° C), the surfaces must be prepared with the EMEX Wall Primer or with the EMEX Antimoulding Primer. Areas attacked by mold or fungi, or just prone, will be cleaned with Sanitizant Forte EMEX before applying the acrylic primer.
