Epoxy Mortar EMEX.
Bicomponent Epoxy Mortar EMEX (also called epoxy screed) is a professional product, based on solvent-free epoxy resins, pigments and special additives, designed to equalize uneven horizontal surfaces to prepare for the economical application of synthetic self-leveling floors. The product is especially recommended for old shavings with a high degree of damage, or where there are small filling voids. The product is distinguished by its stability in acidic or alkaline chemical media and high thermal variations.
- Excellent adhesion to concrete;
- Stops damage to the support;
- Excellent hardness;
- High durability;
- Excellent wear resistance;
- High resistance to corrosive agents;

Fields of Use:
Epoxide Bicomponent EMEX mortar is intended for professional use for filling voids and equalizing concrete surfaces for the application of synthetic self-leveling floors with exceptional durability and durability, perfectly compatible with epoxy or polyurethane screeds.
It is used with excellent results in the field of civil and industrial construction, for economical equalization, without self-leveling, or repairing all old flooring that has a pronounced deterioration, or where there are small filling voids, before applying synthetic flooring with final appearance may vary depending on the method of application. It can also be used on supports with a large slope in areas of wear (intense traffic).
For proper surface preparation, mechanical cleaning is required to remove any stains or traces of contaminants and EMEX Epoxy Impregnating Primer coating. The application is made by casting and stretching with scabbard or comb, followed according to manufacturer's recommendations, needle roller de-icing.
Bicomponent Epoxy Mortar is used in civil and industrial construction before application of two-component, non-self-leveling flooring, especially in degraded or high wear areas exposed to chemical or special protection media such as warehouses, car service, hospitals, laboratories, schools, restaurants, canteens, confectioners, etc., especially in areas where there is the risk of accidental slipping (ramps, sa).
