Epoxy paint EMEX is a professional product based on epoxy resins in solution, pigments, specific additives and organic solvents, crosslinking with polyaminoamides as a hardener. The product is characterized by excellent adhesion to the substrate, resistance and stability in highly aggressive, acidic or alkaline chemical media, high temperature variations, wear and abrasion resistance, etc. Epoxy paint The EMEX Bicomponent can be colored in any shade of the RAL card.

Fields of Use:
Epoxy paint EMEX is intended for professional use to protect and decorate metal or concrete surfaces, new or old, both indoors and outdoors (only under special training conditions).
It is used with excellent results on all surfaces requiring superior protection from aggressive factors ranging from friction to exposure in highly aggressive chemical environments, the presence of hydrocarbons or chemical compounds such as MeOH or EtOH.
The two-component epoxy epoxy paint EMEX is sanitarily approved and is recommended for special hygienic conditions such as: laboratories, restaurants, canteens, hospitals, etc., according to the requirements of European standards.
For proper preparation of metallic surfaces, it is recommended to clean and pre-coat with EMEX Epoxy Epoxy Primer. For concrete or other mineral surfaces it is recommended to brush and cover with EMEX Epoxy Impregnating Primer.
The product is recommended for: - steel surfaces, carcasses and metallic rails, grilles, parapets, metallic furniture, other metallic surfaces requiring superior protection, car bodies or machinery parts, ship parts or compartments, galvanized or treated chemical; - swimming pools or concrete ponds, masonry, lime-cement plasters, plasters and lime or plaster plasters, new or old plasters based on binders, plasterboard, mineral absorbent conglomerates.
