Polyurethane paint EMEX is a professional product based on polyol polyurethane resin, pigments, specific additives and organic solvents, crosslinking with isocyanates as a hardener. The product is characterized by its excellent adhesion to the substrate, resistance to weathering and UV, in strongly aggressive, acidic or alkaline chemical environments, high temperature variations, wear and abrasion resistance, etc. Polyurethane paint EMEX can be colored in any shade of the RAL card.

Polyurethane paint EMEX is intended for professional use to protect and decorate metal, concrete or wood surfaces, new or old, both indoors and outdoors.
It is used with excellent results on all surfaces requiring superior protection against aggressive factors, from friction to exposure in highly aggressive chemical environments, weathering, long immersion, or high temperature variations.
The two-component polyurethane paint EMEX is sanitarily approved and is recommended for special hygiene conditions such as: laboratories, restaurants, canteens, hospitals, etc., according to the requirements of the European norms.
For proper preparation of metal surfaces, it is recommended to clean and pre-prime with EMEX Epoxy Epoxy Primer EMEX, or EMEX Anti-corrosion Polyester Primer. For concrete or other mineral surfaces it is recommended to brush and cover with EMEX Polyurethane Impregnating Primer.
The product is recommended for: - steel surfaces, carcasses and metallic rails, grilles, parapets, metallic furniture, other metal surfaces requiring superior protection, car body parts or machinery, parts or compartments of ships; - concrete floors, concrete pools or pools, masonry, lime-cement plasters, plasters and lime plasters or plasters, new or old plasters based on binders, plasterboard, mineral absorbent conglomerates; - any wooden surface.
