Osborne Construction Estimating is a newly formed construction estimating and construction consultancy practice, although we specialise in estimating we can also offer cost planning, contract financial control, and a procurement advisory service. With a combined industry experience of over 40 years in the UK construction industry and local authority procurement positions, we can offer a fully professional service at an affordable cost.

We are passionate about working with SME construction companies, as we feel we can add value to their business by offering a professional estimating and consultancy service without the expense of having to hire a full-time professional.

We can work on either a regular retainer basis or be there for you only when you need additional support in busy times.

Unlike some other online estimating services we like to get to know our clients and their business and we will liaise on your behalf with your preferred suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure that all of our estimates are as accurate as possible, and if you secure projects that we have estimated for you then we are just at the end of the phone for contract advice throughout the project duration.
