Jones Homes is proudly marking 25 years of building in Treeton, as it wraps up a construction project that has seen the creation of over 400 new homes across four developments in the area.
The final homes have been completed at Beaumont Grange, which features 94 new houses—the company's fourth project in the village since 2000.
The journey began at Beaumont Park in Treeton, kickstarted by planning permission obtained in 1998. Following that, Jones Homes has successfully built 92 homes at Arundel Park and 13 at Wood Lane.
Nestled off Wood Lane, Beaumont Grange offers a range of three, four, and five-bedroom homes, including 23 designated as affordable housing.
Among these, nine starter homes were made available for purchase at a discounted rate compared to the open market value.
Jayne Swift, Sales and Marketing Director for Jones Homes Yorkshire, expressed, “We take great pride in our 25-year connection with Treeton. It’s a vibrant and welcoming community, and it’s rewarding to see how each of our developments has become a part of village life.”
