In line with the ‘Getting the Best from Complaints Social Care Complaints and Representations for Children, Young People and Others’ guidance Coventry City Council recognises a good procedure ensures that children and young people who make representations should have their concerns swiftly resolved, and, wherever possible, by the people who provide the service locally. The purpose of this procurement is to recruit a ‘bank’ of Independent Complaints Investigating Officers, Independent Persons, Independent Chairs of Review Panels and Review Panellists who will undertake, in line with statutory guidance for local authority children’s services representations and complaints procedures, a Stage 2 investigation or Stage 3 review panel.

The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will provide a platform for suppliers to compete for Minor Civils Gas Works, including, but not limited to, Minor Gas Works, Temporary Works and Specialist Works. The scope of these works may include Design and Build or Build Only and can range from either one-off projects to small programmes of work.

Our multidisciplinary technical services framework will be used to procure development related professional and technical services on our land. The services procured through this framework will be linked to preparation of public sector sites for disposals to developers in order to build homes.

Cadent Gas Limited requires a Local Delivery Partners (LDP’s) to support the delivery of our Gas Mains Replacement Program (MRP) and Non-Mains Replacement Program (Non-MRP) as part of the RIIO2 price control period. Currently Cadent replace approximately 2000 km of mains per year delivered by our existing suppliers. It is our intention to let a number of packages of work tendered via the Dynamic Procurement System (DPS) for MRP and Non-MRP within Cadent’s networks. The works will comprise of excavation, back-fill and reinstatement to facilitate Mains and Service replacement and abandonment including all necessary job completion data and data required for Regulatory Reporting

Engineering services - This framework is for engineering and technical consultancy services. These service will primarily relate to civil engineering and other associated discipline.
