  • Bromley Council (the Commissioning Authority and Client) is seeking to appoint a conservation architect-led multidisciplinary team with experience in managing the restoration of listed historic structures to repair, restore and conserve Crystal Palace Subway, with the ultimate aim of, in the future, transforming the Grade II* building into a commercially viable cultural events venue.
  • This contract will provide Freebridge with a turn key roofing supplier for all demands by the business. The Contract will be let on an “all-inclusive” basis incorporating the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates suite of documentation as set out in the draft Articles of Agreement completed in accordance with the Contract Details included with the Procurement Documents. The contract is none exclusive and there is no guaranteed of supply, the forecast spend is £850,000 per annum.
