Technical Envelope - Tenderers who provide a ‘NO’ answer to questions 1.1 or 1.2 or fail to achieve a moderated average score of ‘2’ or more against questions 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8 will result in their tender not being considered further and will not be included in the Price/Quality ratio calculation.
Commercial Evaluation - Tenderes who fail to include all aspects of supply, manufacture and delivery of the finished pipework i.e. including, but not limited to labour, material, overheads, profit, delivery, account management etc. will result in your tender being considered non-compliant and will not be considered further.
