In accordance with Regulation 55 (1) Public Contracts Regulations 2015 we advise you that Chichester District Council no longer intend to continue with this competitive procurement process commenced by the OJEU Notice dispatched on 06/05/2019 under reference 2019/S 087-208377 for the above Contract for the following reasons:

- The COVID pandemic has resulted in considerable uncertainty as to the appropriate mix of uses and viability for the Southern Gateway site as a whole.
