ESB is seeking expressions of interest to obtain a place on a qualification system that will be established for EPC companies to: Design, Supply, Install and Maintain all elements of a ground mounted solar development. The projects will be located in Ireland and the UK, and the qualification system may include projects developed by ESB, ESB joint venture companies (existing or yet to be formed), ESB subsidiary companies or companies ESB Group has a minority interest in. ESB plans to develop ground-mounted solar farms commencing in 2019, through a pipeline of planned projects. Applicants should note that the detailed scope and contracting strategy for each project will be determined in any subsequent procurement competition (which may include a further pre-qualification process before the tender phase).

Supply, installation and commissioning services for wind turbine generators (WTG). The tenderer should be capable and experienced to supply all management, technical support, competent labour, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, consumables, temporary works and each and all other resources necessary for the manufacturing, handling, transportation, installation, commissioning, maintenance and quality assurance necessary to satisfy the scope of supply.

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a Framework Agreement for the provision of scaffolding services to ESB Generating Stations. The Framework will be divided into 4 regional Lots. ESB intend to enter into a multi-party framework agreement for each Lot. One company may submit a proposal for one or more of the Lots. It is proposed that the Contract will include (but not be limited to) all requirements for scaffolding work in ESB Generating Stations on the island of Ireland, from small requirements to major overhauls. The scaffolding requirement will vary from location to location and with the nature of the specific task. This is a high level description of the services required.

The scope of this requirement is for the provision of preventative and corrective maintenance services and materials, including overhaul services, for three (3) Siemens SGT-200 Gas Turbines or equivalent and ancillary equipment, located at GNI(UK) Compressor Station at Brighouse Bay (Kirkcudbright), in southwest Scotland.
