  • DELETTI (DEvon Low carbon Energy and Transport Technology Innovator) is a European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) part-funded programme that aims to continue the low carbon transport and energy transformation, through the expansion of electric vehicle charge points (EVCPs), solar carports and developing new, local energy models. This is the procurement for phase 2 of the DELETTI charge points project. The capital costs of Phase 2 are funded by the UK government’s the On-street Residential Charge point Scheme (ORCS).

The facility did not pass the acceptance tests specified in the contract which led to ECC commencing litigation against the contractor. The Authority has given notice that it is proposing to take a decision to enter into an Agreement to settle that litigation and to amend the handback requirements of the contract such that the site will be returned to ECC in a condition that will allow for its future redevelopment. It is expected that the modified contract will expire in 2040.

Procure Plus wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement for the supply and installation of low and zero-carbon technologies.
  • The framework agreement covers the provision of comprehensive and innovative waste solutions and suppliers will be expected to proactively assist in attempts to reduce the quantities of waste sent to landfill and achieve recycling targets. This is in line with the revised Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 that prioritise the waste hierarchy.
