Swansea University is looking to procure a development partner to carry out a further phase of expansion and development works on, or near to, its Bay Campus. The works will comprise the: - construction and delivery of between 20,000 and 30,000 square meters of academic development, and ancillary retail and support facilities located on the Bay Campus; - construction, maintenance and operation of a minimum of six hundred (600) (and a maximum of fifteen hundred (1500)) accommodation units either on, or near to, the Bay Campus; and - potential construction and delivery of additional ancillary student space, welfare facilities and place-making such as (but not limited to) sports or music facilities.
