DELETTI (DEvon Low carbon Energy and Transport Technology Innovator) is a European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) part-funded programme that aims to continue the low carbon transport and energy transformation, through the expansion of electric vehicle charge points (EVCPs), solar carports and developing new, local energy models. This is the procurement for phase 2 of the DELETTI charge points project. The capital costs of Phase 2 are funded by the UK government’s the On-street Residential Charge point Scheme (ORCS).

The scope of works will entail building new stabling roads. This will require additional track, new Switch and Crossings (S&C) units, platforms, walkways, lighting, communications and signalling.

Provision of non-complex works at stations, remedial works to existing structures, major & complex works to stations and Infrastructure Owner works (structures, fencing, civil works and buildings and property) across the Wales and Borders rail infrastructure.

Trunk road construction work, Construction work for bridges, Engineering design services. The Welsh Ministers (WM) have let a contract to design and construct approximately 6.1km of new trunk road to the north of Llanddewi Velfrey and Narberth under the “A40 Llanddewi Velfrey to Redstone Cross Improvements Project”. The scheme will also include a package of Active Travel and De-trunking works to the old A40 carriageway.
