South Tyneside Council wishes to install a district heating system serving several Council owned buildings in central Hebburn utilising the disused mine workings under Hebburn as a heat source. The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Development Partner for the delivery of a major mixed use scheme on a 3-hectare site at Fountainbridge.
