  • Carmarthen, For the exhibition and fit out works to the Museum of Land Speed in Pendine, to include reception and shop. The exhibition works include furniture items, setworks, showcases, plinths, graphic production, AV hardware, AV software (one exhibit), manual and digital interactives, models, electrics and lighting.

  • DAERA requires the Contractor to deliver a repeat of the NI Countryside Survey to provide a statistically robust assessment of land cover change and habitat condition in NI since the previous Countryside Survey in 2007. The Contractor will use this data to assess the outcomes of the current NI agri-environment scheme (EFS) in terms of habitat condition and establishment of green infrastructure. In addition, the Contractor will be required to record primary measurements of soil condition which influence soil function. This will form a baseline assessment of soil condition and function in NI Countryside Survey squares and will assess the linkages between soil condition and overlying vegetation.
  • Cadent Gas Limited requires a Local Delivery Partners (LDP’s) to support the delivery of our Gas Mains Replacement Program (MRP) and Non-Mains Replacement Program (Non-MRP) as part of the RIIO2 price control period. Currently Cadent replace approximately 2000 km of mains per year delivered by our existing suppliers. It is our intention to let a number of packages of work tendered via the Dynamic Procurement System (DPS) for MRP and Non-MRP within Cadent’s networks. The works will comprise of excavation, back-fill and reinstatement to facilitate Mains and Service replacement and abandonment including all necessary job completion data and data required for Regulatory Reporting
  • The Trust has awarded new Civil Engineering Construction Framework Contracts under NEC4 to two National Framework Contracts for undertaking complex civil works, and nine Regional Framework contracts for non-complex civil works.
  • A development agreement (“DA”) was originally entered into in 2010 between the South East England Development Agency (“SEEDA”) and Stanhope PLC and concerned the re-development, in phases, of a site in the centre of Ashford known as Elwick Place according to a masterplan to be agreed between the parties. In 2015 the Council acquired the site and the rights and obligations formerly vested in SEEDA under the DA. The Phases are now as follows: Phase 1 (cinema, hotel, restaurants, retail units and car park), Phase 2 (200 residential flats) and Phase 3 (yet to be agreed). The parties have now agreed certain changes to the DA.
