The procurement is in relation to a planned programme of works to return various of the authority’s housing stock to compliance with current (and proposed) building regulations in respect of fire safety. Design, Supply and Installation of Electronic Security Equipment across the Parliamentary Estate. The Authority has engaged two contractors for the design, supply and installation of electronic security equipment over a maximum term of 6 years (initially a 4-year term with potentially two 12-month extensions). Mini-competitions or direct awards will be issued based on the NEC3 or NEC4 suite of contracts. An invitation to tender (ITT) was issued providing full details of the framework. Works will be awarded by mini-competition or direct award, where value for money can be demonstrated. The allocation of the work via direct awards, and to maintain a position on the framework, is subject to a performance management regime using key performance indicators.

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a Framework Agreement for the provision of scaffolding services to ESB Generating Stations. The Framework will be divided into 4 regional Lots. ESB intend to enter into a multi-party framework agreement for each Lot. One company may submit a proposal for one or more of the Lots. It is proposed that the Contract will include (but not be limited to) all requirements for scaffolding work in ESB Generating Stations on the island of Ireland, from small requirements to major overhauls. The scaffolding requirement will vary from location to location and with the nature of the specific task. This is a high level description of the services required.

Project will comprise the construction of 1no. three-storey BREEAM Excellent workshed, including solar PVs, with a total GIA of circa 1,328m2. As part of the works the contractor will provide all required external and landscaping works, including planting, alterations to boundaries, provision of parking, and provision of infrastructure to the buildings. The construction of an external plant room, a cycle store, and a bin store to serve the development concludes the generic scope of construction work. As part of the RIBA Stage 4 design, or as part of construction if the conditional permission permits, the contractor must provide the design information and documentation required to discharge the planning conditions for which they are responsible on this project.

Cadent Gas Limited requires a Local Delivery Partners (LDP’s) to support the delivery of our Gas Mains Replacement Program (MRP) and Non-Mains Replacement Program (Non-MRP) as part of the RIIO2 price control period. Currently Cadent replace approximately 2000 km of mains per year delivered by our existing suppliers. It is our intention to let a number of packages of work tendered via the Dynamic Procurement System (DPS) for MRP and Non-MRP within Cadent’s networks. The works will comprise of excavation, back-fill and reinstatement to facilitate Mains and Service replacement and abandonment including all necessary job completion data and data required for Regulatory Reporting
