London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is looking for a borough wide contractor to undertake various remedial works together with a wide range of general ad-hoc construction work including some complex high value voids.

The procurement is in relation to a planned programme of works to return various of the authority’s housing stock to compliance with current (and proposed) building regulations in respect of fire safety. The authority has commissioned a series of fire risk assessments and facade surveys to inform the condition of the stock and the remedial works necessary to return blocks found to be non-compliant to standard.

The requirement is to undertake various works to the existing school at Mount Pleasant Road. These shall include repairs to the existing clock tower and the replacement of perimeter fencing and gates; all as more specifically described within the tender documents.
