  • Trunk road construction work, Construction work for bridges, Engineering design services. The Welsh Ministers (WM) have let a contract to design and construct approximately 6.1km of new trunk road to the north of Llanddewi Velfrey and Narberth under the “A40 Llanddewi Velfrey to Redstone Cross Improvements Project”. The scheme will also include a package of Active Travel and De-trunking works to the old A40 carriageway.

  • YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a framework agreement for the provision of floor machines. The framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements. This framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO by establishing an agreement for providers to deliver stock into YPO’s distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire and to YPO customers across the UK on a ‘direct delivery’ basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the provider, but the provider delivers direct to the end customer.
  • ilvertown Quays (SQ) is a 50-acre brownfield site in Royal Docks, London owned by GLA. In June 2013, after a procurement process, GLA entered into a Master Development Agreement (MDA) with the developer, The Silvertown Partnership LLP (TSP). In June 2018, a joint venture of Starwood (SOF-11 Developments UK Holdco Lux S.à r.l.) (SW) and a group company of Lendlease Europe Holdings Ltd (LL) acquired control of TSP.
  • The purpose of this Notice is to inform the market of the additional works/services to be performed by UBB Waste (Essex) Limited following a proposed amendment of its contract with ECC for the design, construction, commissioning, operation and handback of a mechanical biological treatment facility in Basildon. The facility did not pass the acceptance tests specified in the contract which led to ECC commencing litigation against the contractor. The Authority has given notice that it is proposing to take a decision to enter into an Agreement to settle that litigation and to amend the handback requirements of the contract such that the site will be returned to ECC in a condition that will allow for its future redevelopment. It is expected that the modified contract will expire in 2040.
  • A development agreement (“DA”) was originally entered into in 2010 between the South East England Development Agency (“SEEDA”) and Stanhope PLC and concerned the re-development, in phases, of a site in the centre of Ashford known as Elwick Place according to a masterplan to be agreed between the parties. In 2015 the Council acquired the site and the rights and obligations formerly vested in SEEDA under the DA. The Phases are now as follows: Phase 1 (cinema, hotel, restaurants, retail units and car park), Phase 2 (200 residential flats) and Phase 3 (yet to be agreed). The parties have now agreed certain changes to the DA.
  • Carmarthen, For the exhibition and fit out works to the Museum of Land Speed in Pendine, to include reception and shop.
