ESB is seeking expressions of interest to obtain a place on a qualification system that will be established for EPC companies to: Design, Supply, Install and Maintain all elements of a ground mounted solar development. The projects will be located in Ireland and the UK, and the qualification system may include projects developed by ESB, ESB joint venture companies (existing or yet to be formed), ESB subsidiary companies or companies ESB Group has a minority interest in. ESB plans to develop ground-mounted solar farms commencing in 2019, through a pipeline of planned projects. DAERA requires the Contractor to deliver a repeat of the NI Countryside Survey to provide a statistically robust assessment of land cover change and habitat condition in NI since the previous Countryside Survey in 2007. The Contractor will use this data to assess the outcomes of the current NI agri-environment scheme (EFS) in terms of habitat condition and establishment of green infrastructure. In addition, the Contractor will be required to record primary measurements of soil condition which influence soil function. This will form a baseline assessment of soil condition and function in NI Countryside Survey squares and will assess the linkages between soil condition and overlying vegetation.

This contract will provide Freebridge with a turn key roofing supplier for all demands by the business. The Contract will be let on an “all-inclusive” basis incorporating the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates suite of documentation as set out in the draft Articles of Agreement completed in accordance with the Contract Details included with the Procurement Documents. The contract is none exclusive and there is no guaranteed of supply, the forecast spend is £850,000 per annum.
