  • The Enabling Civils Works (Package 2) (ECW2) Contract is to carry out the enabling civils works for HS2 Phase 2a, consisting of the construction of a bridge and associated slip roads across the M6 motorway at Yarnfield Lane, Stone, Staffordshire, together with highways improvements to Yarnfield lane; and off-route road improvement schemes at 20 locations across the line of route that are intended to mitigate the effects of increased traffic numbers during the main HS2 construction works with associated survey works. The Contract included route wide engineering and environmental surveys to inform the design of the railway.

The role of the supplier under this contract will be to provide workers across the construction trades to support the refurbishment and repair works on site.
