ESB is seeking expressions of interest to obtain a place on a qualification system that will be established for EPC companies to: Design, Supply, Install and Maintain all elements of a ground mounted solar development. The projects will be located in Ireland and the UK, and the qualification system may include projects developed by ESB, ESB joint venture companies (existing or yet to be formed), ESB subsidiary companies or companies ESB Group has a minority interest in. ESB plans to develop ground-mounted solar farms commencing in 2019, through a pipeline of planned projects. The Contracting Entity intends to procure a Framework Agreement for the provision of scaffolding services to ESB Generating Stations. The Framework will be divided into 4 regional Lots. DAERA requires the Contractor to deliver a repeat of the NI Countryside Survey to provide a statistically robust assessment of land cover change and habitat condition in NI since the previous Countryside Survey in 2007. The Contractor will use this data to assess the outcomes of the current NI agri-environment scheme (EFS) in terms of habitat condition and establishment of green infrastructure. In addition, the Contractor will be required to record primary measurements of soil condition which influence soil function. This will form a baseline assessment of soil condition and function in NI Countryside Survey squares and will assess the linkages between soil condition and overlying vegetation.

The Employer wishes to invite Tenders for the provision of cleaning and waste management services. The service will include: • Cleaning of communal areas including entrances, hallways, corridors, stairwells, lifts, driveways, paths and bin stores; • Cleaning of sheltered accommodation • Adhoc specialist cleans; • Adhoc domestic cover; and • Waste removal and management services

A service to be provided by the contractor to manage the collection and disposal of portable and non-portable batteries within Great Britain excluding Northern Ireland. The estimated amount of batteries for collection is 16 000 tonnes per annum, this figure is for guidance only. There is also a requirement for the contractor to provide suitable containers/packaging for the removal of batteries. This Contract will have a duration of 7 years.

The framework agreement covers the provision of comprehensive and innovative waste solutions and suppliers will be expected to proactively assist in attempts to reduce the quantities of waste sent to landfill and achieve recycling targets. This is in line with the revised Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 that prioritise the waste hierarchy.

Cyclical and response maintenance of water and waste water services at Stonehenge Visitor Centre as detailed in ITT Document 1 Specification complete all tasks associated with the day to day operation of the PWS, GSHCS, VDS and MBR systems in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements in order to provide safe drinking water, protect environmental resources, maintain compliance with existing permits and reduce operational costs.
