Thames Water Utilities Ltd (TWUL) is seeking to establish a contract for the delivery of Waste Network Services which includes maintenance (reactive activity such as clearing blockages); civils work; the delivery of rehabilitation works to the waste network; and rodent control services. TWUL will be testing two options for maintenance.

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a Framework Agreement for the provision of scaffolding services to ESB Generating Stations. The Framework will be divided into 4 regional Lots. ESB intend to enter into a multi-party framework agreement for each Lot. One company may submit a proposal for one or more of the Lots. It is proposed that the Contract will include (but not be limited to) all requirements for scaffolding work in ESB Generating Stations on the island of Ireland, from small requirements to major overhauls. The scaffolding requirement will vary from location to location and with the nature of the specific task. This is a high level description of the services required.

This contract will provide Freebridge with a turn key roofing supplier for all demands by the business. The Contract will be let on an “all-inclusive” basis incorporating the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates suite of documentation as set out in the draft Articles of Agreement completed in accordance with the Contract Details included with the Procurement Documents. The contract is none exclusive and there is no guaranteed of supply, the forecast spend is £850,000 per annum.

The GP Contract requires that by 2022/23, Lloyd George notes will be digitised and patients will have access to their records. This is a DPS for suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake drainage surveys using specialist equipment and cameras that pass through or zoom up culverts and pipes to record their condition and location.

The successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver their allocated chemicals to various site locations within Scottish Water’s operational areas. Scottish Water’s requirement will cover water treatment and wastewater treatment will be utilised for a number of purposes including; coagulation, flocculation, PH adjustment, disinfectant, odour control, ammonia reduction and plumbosolvency management.

A contract is required for asbestos surveying to domestic properties and asbestos air monitoring, sampling and surveying to non-domestic properties to Council owned properties throughout the North Lanarkshire Council area.

Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Thames Water Utilities Ltd (TWUL) is intending to award a number of framework agreements for the supply of high voltage (up to 36kV) switchgear, motor starters, transformers, associated ancillary equipment and related design and installation services. These goods and services will be used on our operational water and wastewater sites. TWUL has approximately 150 high voltage sites varying in size from a single transformer up to large and relatively complex distribution systems with generators and/or motor drives with the majority of the latter being located in and around the London area.

Thames Water wishes to award one or more framework agreements to supplier(s) capable of providing property management services to the Thames Water Group, across our entire business footprint and more widely if required. This could include (but is not limited to) estates and rents management, long term value creation, disposals, acquisitions and development planning relative to the Thames Water Group and Thames Tideway Tunnel property portfolios. For the provision of mobile inspection vehicles, skilled operators, all surveying equipment, systems and production of reports and provision of recommendations or guidance in relation to surveys undertaken. This will provide support to the in-house Sewer Asset Survey teams.
