NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (GG&C) (“the participating authority”) require suitably qualified, competent and experienced Consultants to provide a range of Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Services through a framework agreement.

Suitably qualified and competent contractors will make up an approved list of companies that will work in partnership to deliver services or works for construction, repairs and maintenance on an as and when basis, to meet the demands of peaks and troughs and to utilise specialist companies for services or works not currently carried out by internal teams

Fusion21 has developed a Framework for the full provision of building safety and compliance works and services across public sector estates. The scope of this lot includes asbestos consultancy, surveying, analysis, air monitoring, training and related services.

The Employer wishes to invite Tenders for the provision of cleaning and waste management services. The service will include: • Cleaning of communal areas including entrances, hallways, corridors, stairwells, lifts, driveways, paths and bin stores; • Cleaning of sheltered accommodation • Adhoc specialist cleans; • Adhoc domestic cover; and • Waste removal and management services
